DESCRIPTION:September’s theme of Radical Embodiment will contain both an 
 exploration of somatic practices and wisdom to connect to the wisdom of ou
 r bodies\, as well as an examination of the ways the body has been misused
  and maligned both in Western culture at large and sometimes even within S
 OM teachings. By understanding the roots of the misunderstanding and mistr
 eatment of the body\, we can radically–from the root–learn to embody o
 ur teachings as well as ourselves. Honoring the body as a sacred vessel an
 d as a primary text for spiritual understanding\, this month will provide 
 an open-at-the-top understanding of embodiment as both something to be pra
 cticed and an ideal for which to strive.\nThis week we shift to the Perso
 nal Inner arc dimension and unveil what narratives we have internalized\, 
 and how to radically shift these into loving care for the sacred vessels i
 n which we dwell.\nFelicia Taylor will be our featured musician.
