DESCRIPTION:Join us this Sunday as we complete our exploration a metaphysic
al perspective of Step Twelve: “Having had a spiritual awakening as a re
sult of these steps\, we tried to carry the message to (addicts) and to pr
actice these principles in all our affairs.”\nWe will be blessed by the
soulful sounds of Felicia Taylor.\nThe Twelve Steps (1938) and Twelve Trad
itions (1946) established by the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous have bee
n successfully adopted by countless fellowships and recovery programs empo
wering 100's of thousands of people to recover from varying degrees of see
mingly hopeless conditions of discomfort\, disease\, and desperation. In f
act\, these steps &amp\; traditions may well be the simplest\, most partic
le spiritual tools available to assist each of us to "change our thinking
in order to change our lives". This year we are engaging in a metaphysical
exploration of the spiritual principles back of the 12-Steps and 12-Tradi
tions and putting them into practical application in our everyday lives.
